Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective clients, while creating strategies to increase sales and company growth. The Business Development Manager will coordinate company-wide efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to increase profitability. 

Irrigation Tech

Plan, execute, and deliver completed irrigation systems for large-scale irrigation projects in conjunction with landscape and site construction. Repair and maintain valves, trace electrical components, install and initialize clocks and timers, locate existing valves, and perform all necessary repairs. Be aware of the time frame and participate in a team effort to complete jobs within the budgeted time frame.

Mechanic

The Shop Mechanic is responsible for diagnostics and repairs for vehicles/equipment.

Inspect automobiles, trucks, and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary repairs.

Perform repair work on gasoline and diesel-powered engines such as automobiles, trucks, tractors, equipment, and other automotive and mechanical equipment at the shop. Good knowledge of the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy and light duty gasoline and diesel engines and related mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic component systems.

Landscape Contractor 

Responsible for working alongside other crew members to complete landscape installation projects by completing tasks given to them by the foreman. Be able to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation functions. You will help play an important role in the overall success of projects. Working quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safe accident-free work environment.

Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multiple pieces of landscape construction equipment. The Equipment Operator is proficient in the use of a diverse range of landscape construction equipment, including, Excavators, Skip Loaders, Rollers, Graders Tractors, Trenchers, Skid Steers, bush hog and other pieces of equipment.

Spray Technician

The Spray technician is responsible for accurately and safely calibrating, recording, and applying chemicals to designated landscaped areas.

This role will monitor targeted areas for potential and existing problems. You will be expected to maintain current, accurate records of products used and problems encountered.
